Some of the best beered lechon manok

Some of the best lechon manok around the world has different style of cooking regarding of the culture and the curiosities of the cooks. We saw this chicken on Youtube and it was literally roasted with a beer can inside the chicken's body. I wonder how does it taste but it still looks very delicious watching his step by step tutorial video. I tracked some of its ingredients here there are: 
  • vineger
  • salt
  • bay leaf
  • beer
  • greek seasoning
  • onions

The procedure starts with John Kass washing the chicken with water, vinegar and some seasoning then started to powder it with salt and the greek seasoning. He drank a little bit of beer and then put 2 slits on the beer can and stuff it inside the manok or chicken. The bird was placed inside a big roaster in a sitting manner to prevent the beer from spilling because you just need the steam it will produce. This is one best lechon with a twist.
